SW Elite Cleaning Service – Term of Service.

1. Scheduling & Appointments

  • Services must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Clients must ensure access to the property on the scheduled date and time.

  • If the cleaning team cannot access the property, a rescheduling fee may apply.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours before the appointment.

  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $50 fee.

  • Missed appointments without notice will be charged at 50% of the service price.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods: cash, debit/credit card, Zelle, or online invoice.

  • Late payments may result in a 10% late fee after 7 days.

4. Service Scope

  • Our cleaning services cover residential, commercial, vacation rental (Airbnb), and boat/yacht cleaning.

  • Post-construction cleaning is not included unless specifically agreed upon.

  • Clients must inform us of any special requests or priority areas before the service begins.

5. Supplies & Equipment

  • SW Elite Cleaning provides all professional cleaning products and equipment.

  • Eco-friendly products are available upon request.

  • If clients prefer their own products, they must notify us in advance.

6. Safety & Property Access

  • Our staff will not move heavy furniture, valuables, or personal belongings.

  • For safety reasons, we do not clean areas that require climbing higher than a standard step stool.

  • Clients are responsible for securing pets during cleaning appointments.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We aim for 100% client satisfaction.

  • If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional cost.

8. Liability

  • SW Elite Cleaning is insured and will handle any proven damages caused during service.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items improperly installed or in poor condition.

  • Clients must notify us of fragile items prior to cleaning.

9. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • All client information is kept strictly confidential.

  • Our staff is trained to respect your privacy and property.
